Thank you for shopping at Nightmare District!

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing times depend on product availability and the fulfillment partner. Estimated processing and delivery information may vary by product.

Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, destination, and shipping carrier.

Please review any delivery estimates displayed on the product page or at checkout. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Some products may ship internationally, and orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

We cannot guarantee delivery before October 31 unless an explicit guaranteed delivery date is provided and confirmed for your order.

Please consider potential shipping delays when purchasing items for a specific event.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take additional time to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the applicable delivery estimate, please contact us so we can investigate.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or shipment.
